In terms of information and advice, Maître Nelly Criquet will be your privileged interlocutor for any question relating to your rights and obligations, based on the analysis of your case and the latest developments in legislative or case law.

Our firm also acts as an editor, for all letters, contracts or agreements. Indeed, we will write on your behalf all useful correspondence with your contacts or partners, as well as any contract or transaction.

Finally, our Firm assumes a role of representation vis-à-vis its clients: As such, we act on your behalf and defend your interests before the courts. As part of this mission, our Firm undertakes all the necessary steps, amicable or legal, to preserve and assert your rights, after having defined with you the best strategy to adopt according to your particular situation. As a representative, we assist you or lead the negotiations for you with your partners or possible adversaries.
To carry out his mission of advice, assistance and defense, Maître Nelly Criquet adapts to the different aspects of the case demonstrating psychology and pedagogy.

Maître Nelly Criquet has been a lawyer registered with the Paris Bar since 2009 . She founded CRIQUET Avocat at the end of 2016.
She graduated with honors from a Master 2 in European Business Law from the University of Paris X as well as an LLM (Master) in International business law and trade law from Fordham University in New York (USA).
Different successful experiences in international law firms and renowned companies in Brussels, Luxembourg , London and Paris , allowed him to develop real expertise in business law, international business law and private law.
Nelly Criquet works both in Consulting and in Litigation surrounded by a team and competent partners.
She is fluent in English.
Today CRIQUET AVOCAT is registered with the Paris Bar but also that of the Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélémy.

Maître Nady MAYIFUILA and his firm is our Partner in the United States and West Africa.
Nady Mayifuila has been admitted to the bar of the State of New York , United States, since May 2010. She is also admitted before the US Federal Court of International Trade. She studied law at the Protestant University in Congo (UPC) in Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), in France
(Master in European Business Law from the University of Paris X), and United States (LL.M. in Banking, Corporate and Financial Law, from Fordham University) . His area of expertise includes business law, arbitration, commercial law international law as well as the law of direct investment, particularly in natural resources.
Nady Mayifuila had the opportunity to bring to the Firm her expertise in Congolese law (including the law of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa – OHADA ) as well as in American business law, particularly in supporting French companies developing their activities in the United States.
Nady Mayifula speaks English, French and Italian.
